Educational Facilities

Professional Design Group, Inc. (PDG) has been the leading civil engineering consultant on various Educational Facility renovations, improvements and addition projects. These addition and improvements ranges from replacement of existing turf with synthetic turf to major addition and renovations in access of seventy million dollars in construction cost.

PDG has been involved in the preparation of minor site plans, survey, geotechnical investigation, site evaluations, cost estimating, site as-built plans, obtaining sign permits, obtaining VDOT construction entrance permit, and the preparation of easements plats for more than 42 different school sites throughout Fairfax County.
